Clear Credit Plus, LLC was founded
in 2007 by Chris Salese, a local entrepreneur and owner
of Del Sur Mortgage, a successful and growing
mortgage brokerage located in downtown Napa. Chris established
Clear Credit Plus, LLC because he is passionate
about helping others to achieve their credit goals.
His business partner, Maria McCuen, manages the firm's
daily operations and her vast experience as director
of operations for a wealth management firm enhances
the executive team. Maria has also completed an advanced
certification program in which she can act as a credit
expert witness. Combining their financial service backgrounds,
Chris and Maria provide clients with the rare opportunity
to receive a well-rounded credit consultation.
Clear Credit Plus, LLC is a champion
for education. Not only are they constantly trying to
better themselves, they are committed to passing along
as much knowledge to the consumer as possible. Their
core service components include credit restoration,
credit optimization, debt acceleration and business
credit solutions. The cost for each program varies based
on the quality of a client's credit profile, the nature
of any problem, and of course the client's end goal.
Chris and Maria offer invaluable knowledge about the
credit industry because they strive to provide all of
their clients with a successful experience.
The company is on a mission to better Napa's "credit
community" and they are doing it through leadership!
Once a month they hold a 30-minute company sponsored
Clear Credit Education Series, which focuses
on various credit related topics. Whether it is understanding
the importance of a strong credit score, the impact
of "the big one" (foreclosure, short sale,
bankruptcy, judgment) on your credit profile, regulatory
changes in the credit industry, how to deal with collection
accounts, legislative pressures, or general cash-flow
management issues, the company consistently works to
deliver a relevant message. At an operating level, Clear
Credit Plus, LLC has a full banking relationship
with Mechanic's Bank, a regional community bank.
Clear Credit Plus, LLC also gives back to the
community as an affiliate member of the Napa Valley
Coalition of Non-Profit Agencies.
