Colleen Clark has been practicing law
since 1981, handling a variety of civil cases throughout
California. She has been participating in Arbitrations
and Mediations (sometimes called "Alternative Dispute
Resolution" or "ADR") since the early
1983.
Because she has tried over 30 civil cases
to judgment or verdict, Ms. Clark is keenly aware of
the financial, emotional and physical costs that traditional
litigation can impose on people. Ms. Clark is committed
to helping people and businesses find a better way to
resolve their disputes in a respectful way that focuses
on the problem, helps the parties to find a reasonable
solution, and allows the parties to have the option
of future good relations.

Represented clients in arbitration
in more than 150 cases primarily in the area of personal
injury, construction defect and other construction related
issues.
Acted as an Arbitrator, appointed through
the Los Angeles County Superior Court system.
Acted as Small Claim Court pro tem judge
in Pasadena (Los Angeles County).
Mediation Training
and Experience
Represented clients in over 400 mediation
cases in the areas of personal injury, construction
defect and real estate issues.
Acted as a mediator and/or settlement
conference officer, appointed through the Los Angeles
and Sonoma County Superior Courts.
Specifically trained in divorce mediation
cases, including child related issues such as parenting
plans and support.

Personal Information
Ms. Clark was born and raised in Napa County
and returned to Northern California in 1998. She has
had an office in St. Helena since May 2007. In her spare
time, Ms. Clark enjoys volunteering for community service
events. She has participated in various fundraisers
such as Auction Napa Valley, St. Helena Pet
Parade, Cause for the Paws, Playground
Fantastico, Christmas in April (Pasadena),
Rebuilding Napa Valley and various Rotary
projects.
